Little Alf joins the Dengie nutrition team

In 2017 Hannah and Little Alf linked up with Dengie Horse Feeds.

Dengie Horse Feeds began life as a farmers’ cooperative in 1968 and is still run under the same ethos today. A Royal Warrant Holder since 2007, Dengie is the UK’s leading manufacturer of fibre-based horse feeds and the largest producer of alfalfa, which forms the basis of its extensive portfolio of products.

Dengie is a distinguished and prominent brand, with its Alfa-A, Hi-Fi and Healthy fibre feed ranges, trusted and respected by horse owners both in the UK and abroad.

Little Alf’s daily diet consists of the Dengie Healthy Hooves – Molasses free. The healthy hooves is perfect for Alfie as it is a low calorie fibre feed, it’s both low in sugar and starch and is approved by the laminitis trust. When fed the recommended feeding rate the healthy hooves provides Alf with balanced ration to keep him in tip top condition!

This 2018 Hannah and Little Alf have got involved in Dengie’s laminitis campaign to help raise awareness for equestrian all over the world. Hannah and Little Alf have got involved in a series of VLOGS to talk about laminitis and why Alfie is fed the Dengie Healhty hooves – Molasses free.

Not only that but they have worked with Dengie to create a fun creative graphic to help explain why it’s important to feed your horse a certain diet for them to remain happy and healthy.
